DIY User only

To any DIY user facing difficulty [an error occurred while processing this directive] kindly follow the steps below:-

Step 1: Go to your File Manager and click public_html folder

Step 2: Inside public_html folder, Find index.shtml and click edit

Step 3: You will see  , change the file extension to /index.html

Step 4: Go to File Manager again and go to public_html/_mgxroot folder

Step 5: Make a copy of your index.php at your desktop first and rename it to index.html

Refresh your website and everything should be good!
