First, you may register your PayPal account here: PayPal

Second, choose type of account you would like to have.

TIPS: Use Paypal Premier type if you not sharing the business with others. Otherwise choose "Business"

Third step, fill in your particulars and last put in your credit card information.

If you do not have credit card, you may use Maybank Debit Card, please refer the tutorial here.

If you already sign up with your Online Maybank Debit Card, put your debit card number and click submit. Please read paypal fees and terms before you proceed.
